Product Returns

Please review our complete terms of purchase provided at checkout.  When you check the box, you are agreeing with our Terms and Conditions.  All of our products sold on this site contain plant compounds from hemp oil.  We purchase all of our products and raw materials from registered manufacturing and processing facilities compliant with all regulations under the 2018 Federal Farm Bill.  Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and no specific health claim is made as to the benefits of any of our products.  Your purchase and your selection depends on your own investigation, opinions on benefits, and dosage.  If you are not satisfied with any of our products you purchase, just return the unused portion within 30 days for a full refund of the original purchase price.  The 30 days begins from the date we shipped the product to you, not the date you purchased the product.  The day we ship may be different from the purchase date.   The original purchase price excludes any shipping and handling costs you may have incurred at the time of purchase.  If you have purchased any of our multi-pack or bundled items, the entire set must be returned, with the remaining items unopened and unused to receive full credit.   Again, we must receive the returned product within 30 days of the date we shipped the product to you, at your cost,  which may be different than the actual purchase date.  Your purchase of our products affirms your acceptance of the Terms of Purchase and means you agree to  and understand the refund policy.  

Sale Items:  There are no returns or exchanges on items noted “Sale”.

Damage from Shipping

All of our products are carefully packaged and inspected prior to shipping.  We cannot control how the packages are handled once they leave our facility.  However, if you experience a problem with product damaged and unusable because of shipping, those problems must be reported to us within 48 hours via email.  All claims for damaged product must include a full description and a photograph of the damage that results in the product being unusable.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.   Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@cannameadows.com

To return your product, you should mail your product with tracking information  to: Canna Meadows, 4208 Navigation Blvd. Houston, TX 77003.  We are not responsible or required to process a refund for returned items lost in the mail or due to carrier negligence. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
